Thank you for your reservation and please pay attention to the following business conditions of All Seasons Hotel:<\/p>\n

  • Check-in is possible after 14:00 on the day of arrival.<\/li>\n
  • Check-out from the facility must be done by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.<\/li>\n
  • Please note that children aged 12 and over are considered adults and charged full price. When reserving accommodation, you are obliged to add children older than the above to adults.<\/li>\n
  • An advance of 50.00% is required for the reservation, the rest upon the arrival of the guest.<\/li>\n
  • The residence tax for adults is 140 dinars per person per day, for children from 7 to 15 years old it is 70 dinars, while children up to 7 years old pay extra.<\/li>\n
  • Insurance for all persons, regardless of age, is paid for 20 dinars.
    These additional costs are charged on the spot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Reservation cancellation conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

    We keep the reservation until midnight on the day of arrival.<\/p>\n

    In case of no-show, 100.00% of the reservation amount is charged.<\/p>\n

    In case of cancellation of the reservation 7-1 days before arrival, 50.00% of the reservation amount is charged<\/p>\n

    In case of cancellation of the reservation 1-0 days before arrival, 100.00% of the reservation amount is charged<\/p>\n

    In case of cancellation of the reservation or request to postpone the stay, a minimum of 7 days
    before arrival, ALL SEASONS RESIDENCE DOO reserves the right to compensation for damages
    100% of the reservation value.<\/p>\n

    In case of non-appearance of the guest in the reserved apartment, ALL SEASONS RESIDENCE DOO
    reserves the right to compensation in the name of damages and 100% of the reservation value.<\/p>\n

    If during the stay the guest causes material damage in the complex ALL SEASONS RESIDENCE
    DOO is obliged to compensate the same at the value of market prices.<\/p>\n

    ALL SEASONS RESIDENCE DOO reserves the right to remove from the complex any guest who
