We are a family apartment complex with hotel service and are located only 300m from the center of Zlatibor, tucked away in a pine forest.
The All Seasons Residence complex consists of five Villas, with over 50 pleasant and airy apartments.
All our apartments are modern and fully equipped, so that you can fully enjoy your stay. In each apartment you will find: welcome drink, free Wi-Fi connection, cable TV, towels (changed after the second night), bed linen (changed after the fourth night), iron and ironing board, complete dishes, cosmetics for personal hygiene, hair dryer, cot, potty, adapters, feeder and bath for babies (on request), smart TV in the living room and bedroom, most apartments have a terrace.

Each villa has its own character, charm and specially designed interior. The central fairy Ziva is the one who gives life to the other fairies, who restores the lost harmony of nature and man. In addition to the central one, there are also other villas: Villa Sunčica, Villa Hadućica, Villa Vukota and Villa Bela.
Villa Ziva
Vila Ziva is a central villa that restores the lost harmony of nature and man. In addition to modern and fully equipped premium apartments, it also has a reception for guests, lobby bar, breakfast room, All Seasons Gastro bar, indoor and outdoor games room.
Villa Suncica
Villa Sunčica is bathed in the sun for 2000 hours a year. It has more than 15 modernly equipped apartments. It is exactly for all our guests who like to enjoy the sun rays in the morning and fantastic sunsets.
Villa Hajducica
Villa Hajducica is connected to the central villa by a warm corridor, so it is therefore in an extremely good position. In 10 apartments with a view of the meadow, it entices its guests with the scent of various meadow grasses and provides real pleasure.
Villa Vukota
Villa Vukota is an oasis of healing Zlatabork air, and the view of the pine forest provides an unforgettable feeling of the strong embrace of nature.
Villa Bela
Villa Bela, hides luxurious apartments and a view of the complex. It is ideal for those who like a touch of glamour, a modern ambience, but also a feeling of privacy. It was named after the clean, healing air and the whiteness of the snow cover. Zlatibor has been an air spa for more than a century.
The service currently provided by our complex includes bed and breakfast, and for other meals there is our Gastro bar with an exceptional “a la carte” menu and an open bar for afternoon coffee, tea or wine. Our Gastro bar is open both for our guests and for other visitors, with the possibility of ordering food to the apartment, as well as takeaway.
We are available to our guests at all times for all information regarding tourist tours, nearby sights, medical services and any additional information.
