Thank you for your reservation and please pay attention to the following business conditions of All Seasons Hotel:

• The guarantee deposit for guests without a credit card is accepted no later than 3 days after the reservation was made.
•  Check-in at the facility is possible after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• Check-out from the facility must be done by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Please note that children aged 12 and over are considered adults and charged full price. When reserving accommodation, you are obliged to add children older than the above to adults.
• An advance of 50.00% is required for the reservation, the rest upon the arrival of the guest.
• If you want to change or cancel the reservation you made, you can make the changes online, in accordance with the Terms of cancellation of the reservation.

 The residence tax for adults is 140 dinars per person per day, for children from 7 to 15 years old it is 70 dinars, while children up to 7 years old pay extra.
Insurance for all persons, regardless of age, is paid for 20 dinars.
These additional costs are charged on the spot.

All Seasons Hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change the reservation if the reservation composition has been misused or it was made by an obvious mistake of the user.

Reservation cancellation conditions

We keep the reservation until midnight on the day of arrival.
The reservation can be canceled online no later than 7 days before arrival.
In case of no-show, 100.00% of the reservation amount is charged.

• In case of cancellation of the reservation 7-1 days before arrival, 50.00% of the reservation amount is charged
• In case of cancellation of the reservation 1-0 days before arrival, 100.00% of the reservation amount is charged
